At Luxeclothe, customer satisfaction is our priority. All items are designed, manufactured, and shipped directly from our facilities in Vietnam, allowing us to maintain full quality control from production to delivery.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item is in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
One of the following applies:
✔ The item does not match its description.
✔ You received the wrong item.
✔ The item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

📦 By Mail:
Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

🏬 In-Store:
Visit our store with the item and proof of purchase. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking or return handling fees.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
